A look inside our brand work

The coffee can carry the creative.

In this Salomon-branded setting, the backdrop, drink names, cups, and café presentation share one visual direction. The coffee station becomes part of the event design, with space for the campaign to show up in the details.

Bring us your launch concept or approved artwork. We’ll help translate it into a beverage experience your guests can actually order, watch, and enjoy.

New York project / FIFA NYC–NJ hospitality

Eight days in Manhattan.
A café built into the lounge.

FIFA New York New Jersey branded espresso cart in a Manhattan hospitality lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows
Our wrapped cart inside the FIFA NYC/NJ hospitality lounge.

For FIFA’s NYC/NJ hospitality program, New Life Coffee Company operated a custom coffee bar inside an upscale Manhattan lounge. The program ran across eight service days, with more than 100 reservations each day.

reservations per day
  • One identity across the café

A wrapped cart, branded cups, and printed latte art connected the coffee presentation to the lounge.

  • A menu for returning guests

Hot espresso, iced drinks, signature beverages, cold foam, and non-coffee choices gave guests variety throughout the program.

  • Preparation beyond the counter

Daily access, loading, parking, and opening checks supported the Manhattan service schedule.

Choose the role coffee plays

What kind of New York moment are you producing?

Discuss your activation format
Launch day / Product and retail

Give the opening a café of its own.

Make complimentary coffee part of a store opening, product reveal, or customer-facing pop-up. A short signature menu and campaign artwork help the coffee service feel connected to what guests came to discover.

Showroom / Press and creator hospitality

Make a hosted visit feel considered.

Add a staffed espresso bar to appointments, previews, media gatherings, and showroom sessions. The coffee station can offer a warm welcome without becoming the main event.

Exhibit floor / Sponsor presence

Create a useful stop inside the booth.

Offer a drink while your team introduces the product or hosts a conversation. We can plan the station around the booth layout, demo schedule, and busiest visitor periods.

Hospitality program / More than one day

Keep the presentation consistent.

Build a coffee program for a guest lounge, company residency, or event series. Repeating the menu, look, and service expectations helps the experience stay familiar for returning guests.

From artwork to an actual order

Build a café your creative team recognizes.

Start with the guest’s view: the station they approach, the cup they receive, and the drink they photograph. The Grok Bot setup shown here brings that sequence together with a branded cart face, matching cup, and a printed logo on the latte.

  1. Set the visual direction

Use cart graphics or a suitable counter supplied by your production team. Agree on the guest-facing branding before the event build is finalized.

  2. Write the drink experience

Choose signature drink names, a focused menu, and branded cups or sleeves. Carry your approved campaign language into the menu and signage.

  3. Choose the finishing details

Add printed latte artwork on suitable drinks, or coordinate aprons and napkins. We confirm production scope, artwork, and timing in the proposal.

Notes for agencies and event producers

In New York, the arrival plan is part of the activation.

The coffee bar has to reach the room, fit the floor plan, and be ready at the right time. We discuss the practical details with your venue contact and production team before load-in.

A storefront, upper-floor office, studio, and hotel lounge can have very different access conditions. Send the venue address and available building information with your brief.

What helps us scope the setup
Building routeLoading location, entrance instructions, door widths, and freight-elevator availability if the service space is upstairs.
Timing and stagingPermitted delivery window, time to build the café, where supplies can be held, and the planned removal window.
Power and footprintOutlet details, number of stations, counter dimensions if provided, and room for baristas and the guest queue.
Venue requirementsThe venue’s insurance requests, vendor documentation, and a named contact for building or event access.
Creative handoffApproved artwork, desired print materials, menu direction, and the person who will approve the final brand presentation.

The exact requirements depend on your venue and chosen equipment. Outdoor or public-space plans also need an approved location, suitable power, and weather protection.

High-volume espresso service

Match the coffee setup to how people arrive.

A guest list gives us the size of the audience. The event format tells us how much coffee demand may arrive at once. We recommend station count, barista staffing, and menu choices using both.

Open-door traffic

Retail pop-ups and launches

Visitors may come in waves without appointments. A concise menu, clear ordering point, and room for the line help the coffee bar work alongside the retail experience.

A concentrated arrival

Registration and scheduled breaks

When much of the audience wants a drink together, we assess additional carts or equipment setups and the time available. Tell us about any narrow service window early.

A steady guest rhythm

Reservation-based lounges

For appointments and multi-day hospitality, we plan staffing, preparation, and supply replenishment around the service schedule and returning guests.

A menu people can choose from

Espresso and americanos, hot or iced lattes, cappuccinos, chai, and other agreed non-coffee drinks. Whole milk, 2%, and oat milk are available. The final drink list is tailored to your activation, audience, and service pace.

New York City coffee activations

Bring the coffee experience into your chosen space.

We work with marketing teams booking retail interiors, offices, studios, event suites, and hospitality venues across NYC. The location and available access help determine whether a wrapped cart or a venue-integrated espresso station makes the most sense.

Share the borough, neighborhood, venue, and format when you inquire. We confirm availability and the setup before you commit to the program.

Before the creative becomes a live event

NYC activation planning questions.

Talk through your brief
Can the drink menu reference our product launch or campaign?
Yes. We can work with your team on custom drink names, an event-specific menu, and coordinated cup or cart graphics. Supply your approved artwork and messaging so we can review the print requirements and service implications with the proposal.
Will the coffee station display our brand or New Life’s?
White-label presentation is available. Your proposal specifies the cart graphics, menus, serviceware, and other guest-facing brand elements. We can also review an espresso setup on a suitable counter that your event production team supplies.
How do you size a coffee bar for walk-in attendance?
Tell us the expected visitors, event duration, likely arrival pattern, and whether everyone will be offered a drink. We use that information to recommend carts, staff, equipment, and menu scope. If you expect a launch-day rush or a scheduled break, include its timing in the brief.
Can the branded café return for several days?
Yes. Multi-day service can be arranged subject to availability. Our Manhattan FIFA hospitality program ran for eight service days. For your event, we confirm each day’s hours, equipment access or storage, replenishment, staffing, and brand presentation.
What should our NYC venue contact send before load-in?
Useful information includes the delivery entrance, loading schedule, route to the service area, elevator or stair details, power arrangements, available footprint, and insurance requests. If there is a custom counter, send dimensions or a floor plan so we can assess equipment placement.
Can you price the branding separately from the beverage service?
Yes. We can itemize the coffee service and the selected brand production so your team can evaluate the scope. The quote reflects the dates, staffing, equipment, menu, travel and access needs, and print or branding choices. Send the event details for a custom proposal.
Can a storefront activation serve outdoors?
Potential outdoor setups need a suitable service area, weather protection, safe power, and permission to use the location. Send the exact proposed spot and the venue’s access information. We review feasibility before confirming outdoor coffee service.
