Terms & Booking Policies
New Life Coffee Company – Coffee Cart Catering
Thank you for choosing New Life Coffee Company for your event. The following policies ensure clear expectations and allow us to provide the highest quality service for every client.
Booking & Deposit
To secure your event date, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
All deposits are non-refundable. Once a date is reserved, we decline other booking requests for that time and begin preparing for your event.
Your event is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels their event for any reason:
The 20% deposit remains non-refundable
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may be responsible for up to 50–100% of the total booking fee, depending on preparations already made
If New Life Coffee Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments received will be refunded in full.
Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their event date based on availability.
If we are able to accommodate the new date, the deposit may be transferred one time to the rescheduled event within 90 days of the original booking.
Service Time
Our packages include a predetermined service time agreed upon during booking.
Additional service time may be requested in advance or during the event and will be billed at our current hourly rate.
Setup Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring the event location provides:
Adequate space for the coffee cart setup
Safe and accessible loading/unloading area
Access to electricity if required (unless otherwise specified)
Specific requirements will be discussed prior to the event.
Gratuity
Gratuities are optional but appreciated. Any gratuity provided during booking or at the event will be distributed at the discretion of New Life Coffee Company.
Liability
New Life Coffee Company is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Venue restrictions
Power outages
Acts of God
Photography & Marketing
We may take photos or videos of our setup during events for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a deposit and booking an event with New Life Coffee Company, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and policies.
