The assignment

Make premium coffee feel like a natural extension of the lounge.

This was more than setting up an espresso cart. The experience needed to feel intentional, exclusive, and unmistakably aligned with the hospitality lounge from the first service through the eighth.

With more than one hundred guests reserving space on each service day, the coffee program had to combine a refined visual presence with a flexible menu and dependable day-to-day execution in Manhattan.

The challenge

Eight days. One consistent first-class experience.

01

Protect the upscale aesthetic

Every visible detail—from the cart façade to the cup in a guest's hand—needed to complement a premium hospitality environment.

02

Keep the menu memorable

Guests needed genuine choice across hot, iced, coffee, and non-coffee beverages without creating a generic catering station.

03

Repeat flawless setup

Variable schedules, Manhattan traffic, a large loading dock, and off-site parking had to be solved before each day's first reservation arrived.

The branded experience

More than a logo. A café designed into the event.

We carried the visual identity across the three moments guests saw most: the service station, the cup, and the finished drink.

01

A fully wrapped cart

The mobile espresso bar was transformed with a custom wrap designed to belong in the lounge—not look like an outside vendor rolled in.

02

Branded cups in every hand

Custom cups carried the visual identity beyond the cart and through the room as guests mingled with their drinks.

03

Logos printed on lattes

Our state-of-the-art latte printer placed crisp branded artwork directly on select drinks, creating a personal and shareable finish.

Created for this lounge

A custom menu guests could explore across eight days.

The beverage program paired familiar café favorites with event-specific details. Every drink was made to order by a professional barista, with enough variety to keep the experience fresh for returning guests.

Behind the service

Manhattan logistics were part of the hospitality plan.

Great event coffee begins well before the first pour. Arrival planning changed with the schedule—from 9:00 a.m. morning service on some days to 3:00 p.m. afternoon service on others.

  1. 01

    Plan the route

Build realistic travel buffers around Manhattan traffic and each day's service window.

  2. 02

    Coordinate access

Confirm loading-dock procedures, entry timing, freight access, and the path from dock to lounge.

  3. 03

    Unload + park

Move the complete café into the venue, then coordinate secure NYC parking without delaying setup.

  4. 04

    Build the café

Install the branded cart, commercial equipment, menu, serviceware, water, and finishing details.

  5. 05

    Test before service

Dial in espresso, stage cold beverages and cold foam, test the latte printer, and open on time.

The result

A guest amenity that became part of the lounge identity.

Across eight service days, New Life Coffee Company delivered a consistent branded café for reservation-based hospitality in Manhattan—without asking the planning team to manage the operational details.

  • Reliable execution On-time setup across changing service windows and complex NYC access.
  • Complete brand integration A wrapped cart, branded cups, custom menu, and printed latte art worked as one system.
  • Guest-centered variety Hot, iced, signature, cold-foam, and non-coffee choices made the lounge more welcoming.

What planners can take from this

For a multi-day NYC event, consistency is the real luxury.

Premium presentation matters, but it only works when the behind-the-scenes plan is equally strong. Build the arrival window around city traffic, loading access, parking, equipment movement, menu prep, and a complete pre-service test.

The payoff is a coffee experience that feels effortless to guests and dependable to the people producing the event.
